1. While ETS has a liberal return policy, products showing evidence of misuse and/or tampering will not be refunded.
2. Custom, non-stock products may not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
3. Most Baluns are ordinarily used in pairs and are normally priced and sold individually with the exception of the VGA products. VGA products are packaged and sold as a set.
